ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Fans attending Amerks home games will soon experience a revolutionary way to purchase snacks and drinks at the concession stands. Blue Cross Arena has unveiled the implementation of Amazon's "Just Walk Out" technology, which will be available in sections 109 and 121. This cutting-edge system allows guests to make purchases without the traditional checkout process.
Using the technology, fans can simply swipe or tap their credit cards to enter the concession area. Once inside, they can grab their desired items and exit without waiting in line. The system automatically charges the customer's account for the items taken, streamlining the entire purchasing experience.
This initiative aims to reduce wait times and enhance the overall game-day experience for attendees. As more venues adopt similar technologies, the Blue Cross Arena is taking a significant step toward modernizing its services and improving fan satisfaction during events.
